Yogurt Bowl

Prep Notes


  • Whole Milk Plain yogurt (milk that comes from pasture raised/grass-fed cows is best. If you can't find that, always go for Organic. I like Seven Stars Farm)
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey or 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 small handful of fresh berries (or frozen if that's all you have)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia, Hemp or Flax seeds your choice!
  • Nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew whatever you like!)
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon


Put the yogurt in a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy!
