1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk or unsweetened coconut milk (you can use any nut milk)
1 banana (you can use less if you like. Just depends on your taste.
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 big spoonful of unsweetened peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
handful of ice
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie. Enjoy!
