Take your ripe bananas, peel them, slice into discs and freeze overnight.
Take your frozen sliced bananas out of the freezer and place in a food processor. Blend on high until the bananas have a creamy ice cream like texture. It usually takes about 3-5 minutes. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times. Serve immediately and enjoy!
I prefer to use a food processor instead of my Vitamix because I find it easier to get the banana ice cream out after it's been blended.
