Banana/Chocolate/Peanut Butter Smoothie

Prep Notes


  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (you can use any nut milk)

  • 1 banana (you can use less if you like. Just depends on your taste. 

  • 1 big spoonful of unsweetened peanut butter

  • 1 spoonful of raw cacao*(raw cacao is made by cold pressing unroasted cocoa beans which maintains all of the great health benefits of it like being a great source of Magnesium. Regular cocoa is made from roasting raw cacao at very high temps.)

    This is the brand I use.

  • 1 medjool date

  • tiny pinch of sea salt

  • handful of ice

Add ons - chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, avocado


Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

* If it’s too thick you can always add a little water or a splash more

almond milk to thin it out.
