Balsamic Vinaigrette

These proportions are for a large batch so you have it ready to go for the week!


Yields

makes about a cup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt + black pepper



Add ins: 

1 spoonful of dijon mustard

1 teaspoon of honey

1 minced shallots 

1 clove of garlic (minced)

handful of dried herbs

Directions

Put all ingredients together in a ball jar and shake before using.
